Correct setting of the coating unit

1. The Anilox Roller must be clean
2. The coating plate should be clamped with a maximum of 30 N/cm, optimal 25 N/cm.
3. Pressure from Anilox Roller to the Coating Plate max. 4mm.
4. Pressure from Coating Plate to the Impression Cylinder (kiss print) max. 0,02mm.
5. Always observe the correct underlayder thickness, see at the machine manual.
